quickly. We will do our best to accomodate you. These options are
expensive, and therefore must receive a quote.
Shipments to Puerto Rico Hawaii will ship USPS 3-Day Priority
Please email us for a US Postal quote for these locations.

Will My Order Arrive in More Than One Box?
In our effort to supply you with some of the most unique items available, many of our
products are handcrafted. As a result, some of our suppliers, such as our gourmet
cookie baker, ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
How Fast Will You Ship My Order?
Most of our in stock orders will ship within 4-5 business days, but many will ship
sooner. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified, and will have the option of
deciding what you would like to do. Our custom made items, such as Diaper Cakes,
Daddy's Toolbelts, and centerpieces may take more time to make, but you will be
notified if there is a delay.
What About Sales Tax?
Purchases shipped to Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
BeautifulBabyShowers.com is required to collect sales tax on transactions shipped to
customers located in the state of Texas. When an order is subject to sales tax
collection, the tax amount will be automatically calculated and added to your order.
How Can I Track My Order?
Depending on which shipper we use, when your order ships out, you will be sent a
tracking number and a link in which to track your package.

We offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are not happy for any
reason you may return most items, except personalized clothing and toys. If our
company has made an error in making the item, an exception will be made, and a
refund given. You will need to obtain an authorization number to return an item by
way of email. We will give you a number at that time. This helps us to keep track of
your return, and assures that you are credited with the proper amount.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Unfortunately accidents can happen. Nothing is more disappointing that having
something damaged or defective with your order. It is very important to us that you
are completely satisfied.. If you receive a defective item, or an item damaged in
shipping, please email us at Returns@beautifulbabyshowers.com and we will give you
instructions for returning that item. Shipping will be paid by our company for
defective items.
