Happy and colorful is this baby shower duck diaper cake above. Momma and two baby rubber ducks sit on top of diapers that have been surrounded with the cutest duck fabric ever.
It’s a bright pink, with different sizes of bubbles and fluff on top too! It’s not a real cake that you eat, of course, but one that would work nicely for a centerpiece at a ducky baby shower. Ducks are still an old favorite when it comes to planning showers, because every little one at some point in time will own his or her own yellow bathtime ducky. Yes, (we’ve all been there, you know) …I think I finally lost my duck – did you?
Anyway, as I was saying, ducks are are a great theme, and easy to coordinate with party supplies that are yellow, pink, or blue. You can even go with clear acrylic plates and then solid napkins. I’ve also seen some float rubber ducks in their baby shower punch. Just remember to buy ducks that will float right side up, instead of upside down. That has happened to me before, and, well, just check the ducks you buy before plopping them in the punch.
