Ready to roll fondant cing was used in the making of the tiny diapers, and then either pipe the pins on or you could even buy the tiny plastic ones and just add those. That would be super simple. Once you make them, and after they are completely dried, just pack them between non stick wax paper in an airtight container. Tip: If you are piping the pins on with royal icing, then wait until you are ready to serve them, before adding those, as they might break easily when packed.
The picture to the left shows how they were made. A rose petal cookie cutter was re-shaped to make the shape you see below. You can always make this yourself, by bending cookie cutter tin, or you can even use a cardboard template and cut around it.
